巡检常见问题及解决方案(一)
1.端口下出现CRC错包统计

发现接口的Input方向存在CRC的错包则表示曾经或者现在存在上游发出的包里面存在错包现象
需要排查
解决方案:检查上游设备状态,是否存在丢包,光功率不正常等现象,
如果之前就出现了,但是存在数据没有清除需要观察包的数量是否增加,如果没有增加可以将接口下清除统计信息,避免不必要的报错,通过命令 reset count interface XG 0/0/1 清除接口下所有的数据统计信息。
2.查看光模块的参数信息,存在异常

接受的光功率过低,可能为光纤没有接好,或者对端没有发光
3.电源显示不正常

DC为直流电源
可能原因:
客户就是单电源,并没有第二块电源模块
有第二块电源,但是没有加电
确实电源掉电
4.运行的配置文件与保存的配置文件不一致

5.SNMP协议版本检查
SNMP version running in the system:
SNMPv2c SNMPv3
出现配置时同时兼容多个SNMP的版本,没有影响
6.根据现网中报的速率判断如果操作是否会影响业务

多采几次将input和output的包速率加起来判断是否有大量的业务运行
7.出现MAC地址飘移

可能原因:
客户端的移动---此时会在日志中出现简单的一条MAC飘移,没有影响
但是如果出现大量的MAC漂移日志,显示同一mac飘移,可能存在二层的环路,或者遭受***,检查stp的状态,MAC飘移表
